As someone who was once caught in the same struggle, I deeply empathize with the battle against NES. Over nearly a decade, I battled with night eating and bingeing, resulting in weight gain and emotional distress.

My journey to overcome this experience was transformative. In addition to my personal history, I’m a former lawyer turned Functional Medicine Health Coach.
